As a Senior Process Engineer, I successfully completed the FEED stage of a gas processing facility in the Tengiz area. My responsibilities included making technical reports for the selection of the FEED contractor and Ethane Recovery Unit licensor, coordinating process-related activities of the contractor, and providing process optimizations. I also reviewed and approved various engineering deliverables such as the licensor selection report, P&IDs, PFDs, Basis of Design, Process and Utility Description, Heat and Material Balance, Flaring Study, Philosophies, Calculations, and HAZOP/SIL report. Currently, I am working with the Kazakh Design Institute to adapt the FEED to local standards. Additionally, I provided process feedback on the Process Deliverables of the KAZGPZ project in Zhanaozen.--

As a Senior Process Engineer, I successfully completed the FEED stage for an 860 million USD project. My responsibilities included providing process optimizations and various engineering deliverables such as PFDs, P&IDs, HYSYS and PROMAX simulations for the FEED stage of a gas, LPG, and condensate production and processing facility. I was responsible for the design and sizing of an Amine treatment unit for a sour gas stream with a 17% concentration of H2S, estimating electricity, steam, and fuel gas consumptions and optimizing the hydrocarbon dew pointing unit to improve the propane recovery rate by 10%.--

As part of the Dunga Phase 3 Project, I was responsible for a variety of tasks including: -Creating a HYSYS simulation model with sensitivity analysis -Developing a Basis of Design that included strategies for managing H2S and Scale -Developing the hydraulics and operating envelopes for the oil export and seawater pipeline -Creating PFDs and Heat and Material Balances for four different cases, including a crude stabilization case -Developing scopes of work for various Field Modification Projects, addressing HAZOP actions and facility bottlenecks, and creating process datasheets for compressors, heaters, and flowmeters. I also provided operations support by using simulation software MYSEP to improve oil/water/gas separation and debottleneck facilities. I created a report detailing the maximum production potential, which was used to maximize production without exceeding design limits. Additionally, I completed concept assessment studies and feasibility reports to prioritize facility investments. I modeled separators in flooded weir and spilled over modes, which improved oil/water separation and provided stable flow through the facility. I also delivered calculations for a pipeline hydraulics, vacuum and pressure relief valves, NGL booster pumps, and gas compression and conditioning equipment, resolving various issues and optimizing performance.--
