In preparation, particle board will undergo cutting for its specified requirement using the following machineries such as: Panel Saw Machine, Petty Work Machine, and power tools for the assembly such as Tucker Gun. • Responsible for the attachment of Edge Tape including the cutting/trimming of excess tapes on the side the raw materials using Edge Bander Machine and Edge Trimmer Machine. • Responsible in providing boring / dowelling process for the attachment of dabo using Router Machine and Boring Machine. • Responsible in assembling all parts prepared using different type of adhesive such as Glue, Loctite and tools like Rubber Hammer, Battery Drills and Tucker Gun. • After assembly, responsible in pressing the assembled cabinet using Body Press Machine in order to prevent gaps. • Responsible in cleaning the finishing goods using cloth with alcohol or other cleaning agents. • After cleaning, preparation for the cabinet tobira accessory attachment such as: accessories such as Hinges, Door knob, screw, end cap, cabinet drawers, dividers, drawer slider, clip top attachment/accessories depend on the type of request stated on the drawing plan.--
