Key Responsibilities: In my role as a Master Barista, I conduct comprehensive training sessions for internal staff and key clients on coffee preparation techniques, equipment usage, and coffee knowledge. I collaborate with clients to create bespoke coffee menus that highlight Nestlé Professional's coffee offerings, and I innovate by introducing new coffee recipes, beverages, and brewing methods. I provide on-site support and consultation to clients, ensuring they achieve the highest standards in coffee preparation and service. By maintaining high standards of coffee quality, I ensure consistency in coffee preparation across all client locations. Additionally, I represent Nestlé Professional at coffee events, trade shows, and competitions, conducting live demonstrations and presentations to engage and educate audiences about our coffee solutions. Staying up-to-date with the latest trends and developments in the coffee industry, I contribute to the development of new coffee products and innovations by providing insights and feedback.--
