? Support 100,000+ users working out of a PKI Central Registration Authority (CRA) location, as a CRA PKI Services Administrator ? Within a helpdesk environment, answer phone calls ,emails, create and service accounts as they relate to Public Key Infrastructure (PKI) and the Entrust Software - Entrust Entelligence. ? Utilized and managed SafeNet Client Authentication Tools for authentication, data and client protection, as well as protecting data integrity and non-repudiation. ? On a daily basis worked within the EITSM helpdesk ticketing tool and manage incoming and outgoing tickets as they relate to PKI. ? On a daily basis worked with Entrust Authority Administration Services (EAAS) as a EAAS Administrator - I administered Service Request both from EITSM and Assyst; administered Subscriber Agreements; administered all PKI request; administered Registration Roles; administer PKI Account creation. ? On a daily basis worked with EITSM which is a ticketing system specific to DND, where I handled all incoming New PKI Account Request, all and any PKI trouble tickets for LRA's and end-users. ? CRA (Central Registration Administration) is the national operational PKI authority for DND, which processes user PKI certificate requests from LRAs and help desk personnel. As a CRA administrator I performed the following task: Administer requests for registration services; processed all Add requests; processed all role; device and SSL requests; processed all other PKI Service Requests as necessary; provided EAAS (rights) to all LRAs; updating certificate information; provided technical support for all PKI related issues to both LRA's, name subscribers and end-users, for military, civilian and contractor personnel. ? On a daily basis supported PKI users for the following: New PKI Account creation, status change; New/Modify Device PKI Certificate; New/Modify Role-Based PKI Account; New Local Registration Authority (LRA) Authorization; Removing of PKI Accounts; New/Modify SSL PKI Certificates; Third Party PKI Access ? On a daily basis used Active Directory to view the and cross reference end-user accounts, ensuring that personal accounts were accurate in relation to EAAS. ? Incident Management for matters relating to the PKI CRA.--
