KEY ACHIEVEMENTS
Designed the prototype of an automated approval workflow for confidential data extractions requested by business owners by putting additional controls that would ensure data was only accessible to specific business units with significantly reduced participation from IT support teams.
Implemented process and procedures to improve operational efficiency like auto creation of incidents from emails, auto reconciliation of data for downstream feeds from Core Private Banking Applications. This helped to increase 20% efficiency within 3 months of implementation in September 2015.
Administered post implementation support for the BPAD project (related to user profiles) along with creating process documents and training the other support functions on the process. Created workflow diagrams and semi automated templates to increase efficiency which resulted in the entire process taking only 1 day to complete instead of 5 days.

Redesigned the quarterly Client Segmentation packs which were presented to senior management to decide on the variable bonus for Sales and Trading in Investment Bank. Automated the generation of the reports by using Ms Access database and complex VBA macros in excel.
Re-engineered inefficient processes like IBD JV Adjustments, Monthly Sales Performance Report and the Asia FID Sales report. Semi-automated these processes which saved the team at least 4 PDs per month of effort. Eventually these processes were transitioned offshore which further saved the overall costs for the team.
Tested and verified new enhancements to business applications like the Client Dashboard system and got the bugs fixed before business sign -off on the project.
