Involved in the CAESAR II Stress Modeling and Analysis of identified stress critical lines on the existing pipe racks with an extent of ~400m and ensure the safe operation of cryogenic piping system with reference to piping stress and supports in its As-Built Condition. ? Contributed for the flexible piping layout of the project. ? Recommended modification of pipe supports at required locations for proper strengthening of the existing piping against sag, drag and rigid Gripping and to ensure flexibility of the Piping System. ? Evaluated Nozzle loads as per ADNOC DGS Criteria & Standards and Check flange leakage thru ASME B&PVC Section III Subsection NC-3658.3 method. ? Carried out WRC-107 & WRC-297 Nozzle evaluation method involving Calculations of local stresses in junction of shell and nozzle at Stress Critical Nozzle Locations. ?
