I worked as a Global People Experience at Nissan and my project was focused on creating a unique employee experience for employees (Nissan People Experience). Within employee experience my target was to find a employee recognition method in relation to give complement I did internal benchmarking for employee recognition and recommended using the feedback feature on the Workday platform. This feature complements continuous feedback and check-in between managers and employees
• Received “Kudos” Nissan Employee Recognition for being proactive in improving employee recognition process
• Supported Global Performance Management Development (PMD) team for internal recognition benchmarking by collaborating with regions such as North America, South America, Mexico, Japan
• Studied current recognition program and highlighted five process improvements from an employee’s perspective
• Proposed to move recognition to Workday and use feedback feature to create a global standard process for all regions
