I was a waiter at Union Jacks in Ho Chi Minh City for approximately 3 weeks, during this time I had shadowed a server and started by doing small tasks such as bringing orders to the customer as well as doing table setups, later on I was able to take down orders and was able to serve independently.I found remembering the foods, tables and prices to be quite a challenging task, but fortunately i was able to get a hold of most enough to serve alone.
