This comprised technical support, account management, and business development for our cryptographic security products; SSL/TLS certificates (all classes and variants), SMIME, Code Signing, and qualified Digital Signatures. Beyond data security, the unit also provided and supported Enterprise security solutions such as EDR, SOCaaS, and PKI/Certificate Lifecycle Management. I also served as IAP (identity authentication practitioner) Operator and Supervisor for the verification operations which ensured that high-assurance SSL/TLS digital security certificates were issued to organizations in line with both internal and statutory regulations and guidelines such as CA/Browser Forum and WebTrust for CAs, as well as the issuance of qualified digital signatures to individuals in line with internal and global regulations and guidelines like the EU's GDPR, eIDAS. Technical support was provided to Enterprise/Information Security teams of clients across a number of platforms and operating systems including; Windows (IIS), Linux, AWS, cPanel/Linux, Plesk/Windows, and others.--
