• Planning project activities in line with project goal and objectives; • Develop action plan and utilize inputs to implement the plan; • Support partners and civil society forum • Assist management in selection of new partners. Assess project proposals and participate in the field assessment of the potential partners; • Oversee the overall programmatic and financial performance of the Partner NGOs, including project planning and budget follow-up • Facilitate training, workshop, and seminars with the partner staffs, support group, local government representatives, government official involved in the local Employers and their association • Identify issues from community level and assist local implementers to overcome implementation related problems and refer for policy change as required; • Regular monitoring of partners’ activities and provide feedback effectively; • Ensure reporting of the sub grantees are done in a satisfactory manner; • Provide support, information to make decisions on PWC programme by MJF and partners; • Capacity building (both training and on-job assistance) to the partners and relevant stakeholders; • Provide technical assistance to partners and local stakeholders • Support MJF in facilitating: Child Protection policy ; • Organize policy discussions, dialogues and commits informal ways of advocacy; • Keep effective relationship with the research organizations and individuals for commencing research and policy papers; • Maintain effective communications and contacts with key actors of the program viz.- GoB, NGOs and donors. • Extract root level evidences from the common people and citizen support groups; • Disseminate best practices and give technical inputs for its replication; • Facilitate survey, study and researches as per project plan; • Develop case-studies, regular and special reports and disseminate stakeholders; • Develop publications of the evidential reports; • Mobilize resources for project activities as planned.--
