Managed all the activities and technical resources of a company and supports production projects, namely customer relations, project team management, organization, production, and quality control project deliverables on the sites concerned. Technical Director MAIN MISSION • The management of project management projects placed under your responsibility, namely customer relations, management of project teams, organization, production, and quality control of project deliverables. • You intervene upstream in the phases of prospecting and responding to calls for tenders by estimating the cost and technical feasibility of a project as prime contractor. During the work phase, you support the teams (execution project management) on a daily basis: adjustment of plans, monitoring of technical files, etc. ACTIVITIES • Supervise technical studies and coordinate work; • Responsible for the quality of achievements, budget monitoring, and financial results of its projects; • Train the agents under his responsibility in the best practices and techniques for the study and execution of construction sites; • Provide budget designs for each site; • Ensure the assembly of tender submission files; • Optimization of studies and sites in terms of schedules and profitability; • Participate in the technical meetings of his department and in the selection of subcontractors; • Control and validate the realization of the various plans and documents; • Recruit, supervise, and animate the teams: • Support teams, help them structure methods and processes, • Assist teams in organizing their work and priorities • Organize studies and regularly submit reports.
