Senior Program Manager responsible for preparing the roadmap and ensuring timely execution against the roadmap plan, resolving the impediments and also contributing towards Process Improvements and Governance.
• I am responsible for the timely execution, adherence to process and governance, and cross team dependencies for the programs under the Customer Identity and Access Management (CIAM) strategic initiative of the Identity Platforms Portfolio team. • Spearheading the Role and Policy Based Access Control Programs, I manage the engineering release plans, dependencies, and risks for helping the merchants reduce their user onboarding time from 1-2 days to a few minutes. I partner with the core teams and other cross-functional teams, spread across different geographic locations for delivering this outcome. • I lead the Platform Consolidation initiative to support the acquired companies, like Zettle and Xoom, to adopt PayPal’s robust Identity Platform Capabilities. By running the group of related projects as a unified program, I created synergy and optimized the resource utilization, along with bringing overall visibility into Program delivery, through communications on the progress. • As an evangelist of process improvements and tooling, I developed the optimal tool support in Clarizen/Planview and Jira for Quarterly Planning Process for the Identity Portfolio. This helps the leadership to get valuable insights about the optimal capacity allocation for strategic initiatives. I have conducted various training sessions including a Tech Talk for PayPal China on the optimal use of the tools.--
