I had my internship at the San Miguel Food Inc, Magnolia Poultry Processing Plant. I was exposed to basic quality control procedures as well as the company's GMP and HACCP structure. We also did basic sampling for microbiological assessment of products and processing equipment. The internship lasted for 880hrs, approximately 1month.
