Vendor and contractor procurement - Confirm procurement strategy. Prepare procurement programme. Advise the client on appropriate insurances. Manage procurement and recommend vendors and contractors for appointment. Assemble contract documentation for appointment.
Construction - Monitor and control documentation and information issuance. Records and approvals tracking. Adjudicate and approve programme of contractor. Monitor and control performance in line with timelines and budget. Contract management. Enforce quality assurance protocols and procedures. Enforce HS&E plans. Establish cost and scope management procedures. Prepare and submit progress reports. Prepare completion signoffs.
Handover - Monitor and control defects and outstanding works. Consolidate O&M manuals and guarantees Prepare and present the project closeout report. Manage agreement of final accounts.--
