Assisting the Area Manager in the management for the project.
Part of the team who designed special treatment on sites like RCC wall, Stone Masonry wall Retaining wall. Overall responsibility for project activities. Plan and control, survey, installation, testing, commissioning, material and equipment logistics. General control over engineering activities, including exchange of plans, drawings and other information with customers; approval of equipment layout and network configuration data. Supervision and control of sub-con to strictly comply with the relevant conditions of the contract. Pre-Construction work with the Sub-contractor. Participate in bidding activities and identify implementation requirements from tender documents. Plan resources and budget, provide solutions to customer implementation requirements, and undertake procurement management when necessary. Supervision of the works by the Sub-cons & monitoring of the progress of the works to meet the schedule dates for the project. Monitoring the progress of civil works/TI work according to planned schedule. Responsible of PAT & FAT visits with client. SWAP Project at Telenor Centre II Pakistan.--
