Daily activty for NOC : check Alamrs performance/review on NMS/consultation with NOC about status of network. Integration ,Commissioning,upgrade ZXONE 9700 DWDM OTN product (NX41,G2KE,S3KE,NXG1) Troubleshooting and fix the problems work with R&D Prepare design and make new modifcation (LLD & HLD ) depend on costumer request.. Prepare MOPS,RFC Testing of transmission links. Health check (OTN/DWDM Equipement). Work with Field Operations teams to resolve higher level problems and implement solutions per request. Open ticket,(internal ticket or costumer request also CM tickets with FLM ) and follow it to respet costumer SLA. Training for Cotumer and our new ZTE DWDM Engineers Monthly meeting with NOC costumer to discuss the new Swap,Migration,New tickets,--
