I am currently pursuing a Master of Science in Digital Marketing at Yeshiva University in New York, with my graduation scheduled for December 19, 2024. My professional journey has been deeply rooted in e-commerce and business operations, with over four years of experience at Daraz Bangladesh, a leading e-commerce platform owned by the global giant Alibaba Group.
At Daraz, I progressed through several roles, starting as a Junior Executive and eventually becoming the Lead of Seller Incubation. In this capacity, I developed and implemented strategies to onboard innovative entrepreneurs and manage comprehensive incubation programs, empowering startups to scale effectively. As a Team Lead in Customer and Seller Operations, I successfully navigated critical transitions, introduced new tools in collaboration with Alibaba, and enhanced team efficiency. Earlier in my career, I played a pivotal role in expanding Daraz's seller base, providing hands-on support and fostering long-term partnerships. My key strengths lie in leadership, training and development, strategy, negotiation, and analytical thinking, all of which have consistently driven measurable results in my work. I am passionate about fostering innovation, optimizing processes, and contributing to impactful growth in the e-commerce sector.--
