Develop a technical and labour strategy for area(s) of responsibility and maintain succession planning processes. Accountable for escalating operational issues in an effective manner to ensure Leadership awareness of problems impacting the operation Implements quality systems initiatives in accordance with corporate policies and professional standards Perform risk assessment, review and revise discrepancies and incidents, take action, and escalate to the Director and other key stakeholders as required--
