Receive transit invoices from ATD. -Check the invoices against summary of invoices. -Check the accuracy of total invoice amount. -Ensure that all the relevant documents such as .DO .Port charges .Custom declaration fees .Custom seal charges are valid, signed & should be stamped. -Check the accuracy and correctness of all documents attached with the Invoices before Payments are effected .If in corrected invoices are found. The documents will be returned to ATD for correction. -Verify that all the documents attached with the invoices should be original. -Compare that the rate applied on each invoices are in accordance with the Agreed rate & Official tariff of the DCT. -Check that all amount stated in the invoice are arithmetically correct. -Make a communication with ATD on any irregularities found while Checking & follow-Up that corrected invoices are timely received. -Ensure that payments request is made based on corrected invoices with the Support of Original documents. -Check that the invoice submitted by trucking companies (Transporters) are Prepared in Accordance with the weight shown on the interchange receipt. -Check that the relevant document such as waybill & equipment--
