My role as Enterprise Sales Representative is to take ownership and work directly with top accounts within the Telco and Banking sector in Sweden. My responsibilities include finding business opportunities, forecasting in SFDC, responding to RFP´s, driving new initiatives, quickly resolving problems like order management issues and the move of support contract to another country, and most importantly building and maintaining strong relationships and long term trust with customers, making sure that the entire sales process runs smoothly and efficiently. My additional responsibilities are Enablement and Training Lead for the Swedish Sales team. With a passion for education, I ensure the team knows what kind of quarterly trainings they must complete. Competitiveness, negotiation experience and perseverance are some of the attributes that made me one of the top three sales representatives when it comes to monthly sales quota. I had also the opportunity to lead a small team of sales representatives from 5pm to 9pm, after business working hours. This experience gave un understanding on how to lead, motivate and coach sales strategies to novice sales representatives. KPI and achievements: Mostly did almost 200 calls a day and won a one of two top spot for most sales of the year and won an incentive all payed for trip to Miami. Reason for leaving is that Com Hem closed their sales department in Malmö early summer 2017.--
