I am working as a Breeder Manager in Biyizika Enterprises Pvt. Ltd. Before this I was in Jadeed Farms Pvt. Ltd. Because there is no option to show my second experience, so i showed only one. I have 8 years experience in poultry as a Farm/ Breeder Manager.
• The position is a senior management position, committed to efficient and profitable production of broiler chicks and pullets to meet the available market requirements within the production system, respecting company standards and government regulations, following the highest level of bio-security standards that apply. • Management of the Farm with the capacity of 160,000 female breeder birds • Responsible for routine farm operation, breed selection, breeding management, vaccination, deworming, medication, standard feed, standard weight, standard eggs production, egg weight, fertility and hatchability. • Scheduling the birds in the existing farms or establish new farms based on the needs • To achieve operational and financial performance of the different divisions- layer, broiler, hatcheries, processing • Ensure strict adherence of Bio security measures in the breeder farms & hatchery. • Procurement/assessment of input like chicks, medicines, feed and vaccines. • Routine ante mortem and post mortem examination of birds. • Routine Laboratory Examination of blood samples for any change in titre, due to Vaccines or due to any disease. • Brooding, rearing, grading and vaccination of poultry birds, achieving standard weight, eggs production, incubation, hatching and sell broilers. • Make sure there is adequate feed supply, water and protection from the weather for livestock • Make sure temperature, ventilation, humidity and lighting conditions are comfortable for livestock kept indoors • Observe and record produce quality or livestock body weight and condition, adjusting management or feeding programs. • Being self-motivated and being able to work independently in making decisions and taking actions. Responsible for planning, organizing, communicating, coordinating and executing activities in an efficient, effective, and cost effective manner. Maintains a high standard of poultry farm management ensuring Company guidelines and production standards pertaining to production are followed.
