As a requirement of the Graduate Program, I am currently in, I work with the Office of Residence Life in a residence hall with 360+ first- and second-year students. I provide crisis management for the residents, manage hall budget, meet with students one-on-one and supervise a team of resident assistants to build a community in the residence hall.
