I maintained and operated a co2 laser. I cut the forms and set knives into them using manual benders,with extreme precision. I then strategically placed and glued ejection rubber to ensure fast and smooth operation for the tool. I would also work with the customers to ensure the best possible result for both quality and efficiency.
I worked for the company Hygrade dies in Wellington,New Zealand and also Melbourne,Australia. The company opened a rotary die workshop at there Thomastown site (Australia) and I set the rotary dies and exported them to there many Australian and Mylasian customers. I returned to New Zealand after a number of months and made the tools from start to finish for approximately four years until I recently got an oppertunitys to come to the US to ride Drift Trikes for a clothing label in the upcoming US events.--
