My passion for understanding the world and the people brought me to the Department of Social Sciences at Universidade Federal Fluminense (UFF). I help people communicate in English. So they get more opportunities in life as well as open their horizons. My experience as a language teacher has been rewarding. I have been able to see how education can change lives empirically, and it has been great to relate anthropologically and sociologically what I learn in college with my daily routine while teaching and learning alongside my students.
