Key Achievements • Delivered an omni-channel banking platform across various channels (Mobile & WEB) in 20 Countries. • Rebuilt a new and improved personal banking chatbox (LEO WhatsApp) deployed across 20 Countries. • Implemented a Lifestyle subscription portal on the Mobile Banking App. • Some of the other Key projects I’ve carried out include; Onboarding of Various Billers on UBA’s Digital Channels (USSD, Chatbox, Mobile Banking, Internet Banking), Coralpay Pay with USSD & Web, and the new MyBankStatement Platform on Internet Banking, Swiftcode & IBAN Validation Service on UBA Digital Channels etc. which have all achieved increase in revenue for the bank.--
