Answering phone calls and emails regarding MRI appointments, handling the registration process and taking care of MRI results. Knowing about my course, network administrator gave me a chance in creating users and adding necessary information into the system.
Mostly my job requires creating appointments for patients at MRI unit in Ortopedicum hospital in Krakow. I’m in charge of taking phone calls and answering to emails daily, making sure everything is on time and that patients will get their results on a specific date. Knowing about my course, network administrator gave me a chance in creating users and adding necessary information into the system. I’m still enrolled in a cybersecurity course regarding Microsoft administration system.--
