- Communicated with Employee Expense Reimbursement (EER) team for correct employee bank detail information.

Overview:
The Fixed Assets team is part of the Global Financial Operations organization in Corporate Account Payable. The primary focus of our team is maintaining the Fixed Assets Portfolio on behalf of the bank.

Roles and Responsibilities
- Responsible for processing daily work, in Fixed Asset Operations, involving reviewing and posting fixed assets including acquisitions, retirements and transfers in a multi company environment.
- Responsible for reviewing purchase requisitions and setting up fixed asset tables via the Ariba system and monitoring the fixed assets mailbox related to line of business inquiries.
- Interaction with various lines of business including Corporate Workplace, ATM, and Corporate Tax.
- Other responsibilities include Invoice reconciliation and adequate research about variances, Mexico Fixed Assets monthly re-evaluation, Fixed Assets proceed account clearing and research and Internal Order (WIP) accounts management.
- Extra tasks including English-Chinese translation for most current "People Republic of China Tax Regulatory Report" and "BoA Fixed Assets Outsourcing Service Agreement for BoA China branches".--
