I started in Strateq as Customer Service Engineer in 2014. My current supervisor is also my supervisor on my previous company Diebold Nixdorf previously known as Wincor Nixdorf. He pinched over to work him at Strateq. I was then promoted to Operations Lead then to my current position now which is Service Delivery Manager.
My scope of work is to contribute and manage customer expectations on a daily basis. Alongside with this is to make sure that all Engineers reporting to me are well equipped with knowledge,skills, and tools to support our fast growing customers.
I am also managing the Asia Pacific Region due to good customer relationship and work ethics. Thus customer requested my presence in their project roll-outs across the region.
Since I joined Strateq in 2014 the company's profit revenue increased by 30%. And stake holders are always increasing our quota for every year, yet we still managed to hit our target and even increased at least 30% of it.--

I was hired by Diebold Nixdorf as a Technical Support lead for their local customer Singapore Petroleum Company. I was also helping our colleagues in the Asia Pacific Region for other accounts.
My scope of work as Technical Support is a 24x7 on standby basis. In which I need to manage the maximum up time of stations and minimum downtime. I started w/o knowledge of the software/hardware and manage to up-skill my knowledge and understanding of those in just 3 months. During my 2nd year I was then thrown to the region to support the other Oil Co's--
