LEARNING AND PERFORMANCE MANAGEMENT
1. Coordinate with respective departments on training needs analysis, design instruments and tools for data gathering and training needs analysis
2. Conduct New Employee Orientation and in-house programs as needed
3. Facilitate and coordinate employee development intervention requirements in accordance to approved
4. Training needs assessment
5. Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops, review of professional publications, establish personal networks and participate in professional societies

1. Conduct, analyze and report exit interviews results and recommend solutions as needed across specified positions
2. Assist in the conduct of periodic surveys to measure employee satisfaction and employee engagement
