This was my first job in Australia, here I applied my knowledge learned from my home country as a teacher, however I only lasted 5 months here because I had to move for reasons of humidity in the place where I lived and it was very far away from this place of work. In this childcare I have been working since the year 2023 to the present, every day is a challenge because I continue learning and studying to become a leader educator for the center and the children in my care as is the case of Toddler A. In this school l was working as a Spanish , social science ,Ethics and English teacher , I got the opportunity to work at that time in 2nd 3rd and 4th grades; in this incredible place l realized that children are able to use their own skills in all areas, when l was guiding my lessons l always said "We are 100% , l 'm 20% and you are 80 %".
At this wonderful school I had the opportunity not only to teach and guide the language area but also to teach the students subjects such as ethics, reading, science and social studies. Here I realized that teachers can use demonstrations and props to teach subjects as long as we prepare properly the lesson. Programming included classroom work, such as classroom instruction, quizzes and tests. In addition, homework was assigned to the students to reinforce the lessons learned in the classroom. I also scheduled exchange projects through conferences with friends of mine from abroad to provide meaningful learning experiences to my students in the afternoons.--
