Worked with the plant meturllugical team to monitor both operational and metallurgical parameters for plant optimization. • Carried out Metallurgical laboratory test works and their analysis ( particle size distribution, bottle-roll leach tests and bulk density determination). • Successfully carried out the laboratory test works and analysis of the results for the possibility of substituting sodium cyanide with CNlite which is environmentally friendly for gold processing. • Monitored the regeneration of activated carbon (chemical and thermal regeneration processes).--
