The position directly reports to the Area Manager. Performed cash handling and clerical duties such as form filing, data entry ,provide answers of the customers queries by phone and in person. Received the items to be pawned from the customer. Evaluates the genuineness of the items and determines the karat and weight of the gold items and the clarity,carat,color and cut for diamonds. Based on the evaluation determines the value or amount of loans to be granted. Responsible for the KY C as per requirement. Responsible for the opening and closing of the vault. Keep in the vault all the items pawned. Keep and receive the company's cash from the Head office.
