Helped in crafting signature dishes and executing seasonal menus to enhance guest dining experiences. 2. Maintaining Kitchen Efficiency: Ensured all prep stations were stocked and organized to maintain a seamless workflow during service hours. Assisted in managing kitchen supplies, monitoring inventory levels, and minimizing food waste. 3. Ensuring Food Safety and Hygiene: Followed strict HACCP guidelines, ensuring food preparation and storage complied with safety standards.
