During my Product Management Internship at Vedantu, I led the Vedantu Summer Camp, generating 45,000+ leads and ?10L+ revenue in the first month. At Vedantu, I had the opportunity to work as a Product Management Intern, where I led multiple initiatives to drive product growth, improve user experience, and generate meaningful impact. Vedantu Summer Camp: Spearheaded the development and launch of this flagship program from the ground up, collaborating with my team to build both the front and back end of the platform. Product Redesign: Led a comprehensive redesign and revamp of a key product at Vedantu. I managed a team of 5, conducted technical presentations with stakeholders, and implemented UI/UX improvements alongside backend fixes, resulting in a 15% boost in conversion rates and increased revenue. Form Builder Tool: Acted as the primary spokesperson for Vedantu’s Form Builder tool, working closely with stakeholders to streamline information flow and enhance collaboration. My communication skills helped drive a smoother user experience and improved data management. Through these experiences, I strengthened my skills in product ideation, strategy, and cross-functional collaboration.
