Throughout the Internship I was able to rotate with each Reinsurance, Insurance, Actuarial, Operations, Claims and IT team. Each team had given me either projects or tasks to complete every week and present them to the team. Projects included help underwriting teams rewrite or write specific policies, clean up projects and helping prep underwriters for meetings. Lastly I was able to attend many networking events with other interns and associates from other Insurance companies.
• Completed tasks and projects for each team. • Attended client meetings with certain teams • Presented a final project on Geopolitics effect on the industry to leadership board including the CEO. • Attended Intern networking events set up by the company to enhance our development. • Weekly Teams talks with underwriting teams in the company’s global offices.--

I completed a practicum course where I interned at the schools Athletic Performance Facility, helping athletes with strength training, studying for a Personal training exam and learning how to operate a facility.
