I held various roles at bet365 starting from Gaming Operations Coordinator, then I was promoted in 2 years to Gaming Operations Deputy Manager, then due the department shifted to product development from operations.
As Casino deputy manager I navigated a transition period from operations to product management, while I learned product myself, I had to ensure that the 13 coordinators are also progressing with the transition as there was no manager appointed at the time. This time I was managing Playtech releases and managed the game release roadmaps in various jurisdictions and I worked directly with the Head of Casino and Head of Games to define the product goals and vision. As operations deputy manager as a level of escalation points, more serious operational issues were escalated to me.
