• An invaluable member of the Business Process Management Team responsible for the configuration of JCF CONNECT Integrated Police Information System, which is software being used in the United Kingdom, that the Jamaica Constabulary Force is adapting/customizing for Station Records Management and Case Management. • One of ten (10) trained system administrators in Jamaica for the JCF CONNECT Integrated Police Information System. Functions include but are not limited to the maintenance of user data for over 10,000 users, configuring and updating constrained value lists in JCF CONNECT. Perform security configurations that give/take away user privileges depending on user roles and functions in the system. • Conduct System Integration, User Acceptance and In-Flight tests on new releases of the JCF CONNECT Software. Keep track of bugs using Jira. Implement new workflow and configurations based on new features released by the vendor. Communicate with internal stakeholders these changes which allow management to change policies and train departments to train end users. • Develop a training plan to facilitate training of all members of the Jamaica Constabulary force in the use of the JCF CONNECT Software which includes specialized training for advanced users. • Train members of the Information and Communications Technology Division, National Police College of Jamaica, Technical Users (System Admins) and End Users on the use of the JCF CONNECT Software. Also, provide End-user Support to users in the Production Environment. • Maintain security and workflow configurations across the Production, Training and Configuration/Testing environments. • A critical member of the team tasked with the development of the Station Records Management and Case Management System. My involvement spans the entire software development process from requirements specifications and documentation to implementation and deployment scheduled for May 2022. • Manage the Cloud Storage which contains the team’s resources to ensure all files are accessible by members and provide technical support where needed.--
