Oversight of the development and review of all specifications to support request for proposals. Review and evaluate all bids for materials, equipment and services. Assist Project procurement personnel in the negotiation of all substation contracts. Manage the segregation & Stacking of Tower parts at the stores and site. Tower Assemblies and Erection procedures. Manage and supervise the Tower erection activity, assembly and tightening of nut and bolts for back bolting and inspect the missing parts for implementation. Inspect the tower parts materials for avoiding any critical missing be-fore stringing activity. Prepare conductor setup plan with proper drum lengths. Tower Grounding materials installation team and do the required resistance measurements before Earthwire Stringing works. Manage the insulator assembling fittings and hosting as per H/W assembly drawings as per standard. Supervised the stringing of Earth-wire, work at the site includes pulling of the Earthwire, sagging of Earthwire of 132 & 220kV Lines. Prepare project / accomplishment report to Project Manager. Coordination with Project Manager for the site works, tools purchases and hiring the required machines and equipment for site activity.--
