Chandaria industries ltd: Having 25 tons per day capacity two machines of Sicma make from Italy. In converting machines of different make as Recard rewinders, P.C.M.C slitter- rewinder, Perini rewinders, log saws, Gum tape machines, Dove corporation slitter-rewinders. Flexo printing machines, aluminum foil rewinder from Dove Corporation, paper bag making machines, Perini napkin folder packing machine, Lyish toilet roll rewinder and log saw also core making machine. There are various AC drives and DC drives of Siemens make, Control techniques, Dove Corporation, Gold star. Yashakawa, ABB, S.I.E.I that have been used in various operations. PROJECT: A complete plant manufacturing surgical cotton from waste cotton was shifted from Kisumu to Nairobi having various Cardin, stamping, blow rooms, driers, long folding, luwa sections, hydro extractors, bleaching sections etc. PROJECT: A complete de-inking and bleaching plant was installed having 40 tons per day capacity which was fully automatic controlled by Siemens S-7 PLC. TRAINING: Completed Siemens S-7 300 PLC BASIC-Programming and ADVANCED-Programming course conducted by Siemens. B.Madhupaper Kenya Ltd: A group company of M/s chandaria Group of Industries maintaining three Recards makes Italian Machines having capacity of producing 25 tpd of tissue and 20 tpd of craft paper/news print using waste paper C.Kenya paper mill: Making 25TPD of test liner and fluting paper on E.D. WARBURTON make machine. Also making egg-trays. Project: Visited Belgium-Brussels to see an old German Paper mill This machine has been installed at Kenya Paper mill. We did installation from lighting the factory to erecting and handling all electrical power and instrumentation for the project. The main drive is a Siemens make Simovert AC variable frequency drive driving an 800 KW AC motor. d. Tanpack tissues Ltd (Dares-salaam-Tanzania): Visiting once every six months or as required making sure all the drives and ac/dc motors and all electrical appliances, including HT BREAKARS, Transformers, crane and there converting section, utilities was working efficiently.--

Controllers with Z-80 CPU were designed to take care of various factory machinery and were in operation in various places like injection moulding machines which required precision moulding for twin blade systems or disposable razor systems as the finished goods had to be used on the skin. There were various parameters programmable and operations which were possible with the use of digital input /output cards and analog input output cards. The hydraulics or pneumatics used in various machines operations having directional or proportional valves controls either digital signal or analog signal output was programmed accordingly. Also various clutch and break units to engage and disengage certain loads as per logic of operations was employed. Stepper motor controls were also used. Various types of power controllers on tube furnaces and pit furnaces were employed with simple controls like on-off control or PID controllers with proper setting were done. Speed control of various DC motors using DC-drives -there maintenance carbon brushes, springs, tachogenrator, drive thyristors, cards etc had to be maintained. Speed control of various AC induction motors using VVVF DRIVES and changing their parameters as required. Fault finding of cards, dc drives, ac drives, temperature controllers, analog & digital control Systems including hydraulic & pneumatic systems & injection moulding machines--
