I was Responsible for the administration and control function within the Quality Assurance/Control Department. As director of QA I have to coordinate all necessary technical training requirements for the Technical Service Division, Contract Maintenance, vendors, and agencies to assure compliance with Air Dominicana policies and procedures, industry standards and Dominican Regulations. Develops and motivates management level staff and assigns priorities involving projects and programs.--
