I will obtained and record patient history, check and record vital signs, administer medications to patients, carry out wound dressing on patients, prepare patients for surgeries and also receive post operative cases into hospital ward and care for them till discharge . I will also give advice to patients on drugs compliance, personal and environmental hygiene on discharge and many more.
I take and record patient's history, check and record vital signs, administration of medications, give counselling to couples on conception, monitor women prenatally antenatally and post natally, take care of patient meant for operation and give appropriate advice required.monitor fluid intake and output, as well as taking care of personal and environmental hygiene. I also remove sutures from Operation site and dress wounds appropriately.--
