I was an Electrical Engineering Intern at this Power plant for the past three summers. During this Internship, I learned a great deal working alongside the head Electrical and Mechanical Engineers.
Assisted electrical engineer with projects related to replacement and maintenance of various electrical equipment surrounding the engine. Projects included: electric motor servicing, pressure and temperature sensor simulation and replacement, solenoid valve replacement, oil mist detector servicing, PT100 replacement. Installed and tested fire alarm control panel. Inspected and calibrated thermocouples. Identified and communicated needs to the inventory department for spare parts. Tested and replaced MS325 circuit breakers.--
