Highlights:One of the highlights of my career occurred when I was working at Silverbridge a as a Programme Manager. I was tasked with saving an implementation at our largest client. I took the initiative to redefine the scope of the project, assisting 8 project managers redefining the scope in their respective workstreams. The project managers updated their schedules, and I ensured adequate budget and resource allocation. I presented the updated scope, budget and timelines to the SteerCo and received the go-ahead. As a result of our efforts, we implemented the system within time and budget (we only used 89% of the budget). This experience not only honed my skills in Programme Management but also reinforced my passion for systems implementation and digitization.
