Highlights:PepsiCo Pakistan Jan 2020 – Present Maintenance Engineer • Leading a team of 10 individuals Mechanical, Electrical & Instrumentation, Water Treatment, Utilities, and Engineering Store. • Leading the PepsiCo Maintenance Global Strategy (MGS) agenda driven by SC. • Leading the Sustainability agenda at the plant to meet all resource conservation targets. • Responsible for all mechanical, electrical & civil works on the plant. • Manage R&M and utilities (Electricity, Gas, Fuel, and Water) related expenses within budget and plant. • Leading the SAP PM Optimization agenda across 8 PepsiCo Concentrate Manufacturing in different countries in 2021 (Voluntarily accepted this project). Key Achievements: • Delivered a significant reduction of 5% in downtimes of liquid line and salt filling machine. • Led the implementation of the SAP PM module. • Led the installation of the plant energy monitoring system. • Led the project life cycle of 300KVA solar and Reject RO projects funded by PepsiCo Global Sustainability. PepsiCo Pakistan Aug 2015 – Dec 2019 Team Lead E&I • Led the E&I Maintenance Team, Plan & ensured efficient allocation and utilization of resources to meet maintenance targets while executing Preventive, Predictive as well as Breakdown maintenances. • Managed budgets and ensured project deadlines are met according to standards and requirements. • Led the calibration program of plant instruments as a standard owner of Instrument Calibration Standard. • Implemented GEHSMS on plant and standard owner of Hazardous Energy, Electrical Safety, and Machine & Equipment Safety (MESS) standards. • Led and implemented the Lock-out Tag-out (LOTO) program as a Plant LOTO Champion. • Managed the maintenance team and contractors work at the plant by ensuring Health and Safety and Food Safety compliance. Khan Brothers Lahore March 2013 – August 2015 Senior Application Engineer • Installation, Parameterization & Troubleshooting of Siemens Process Instruments (Pressure, Level, Temperature, and Flow, etc.) and Danfoss VFD’s, Soft Starters. • Resolved the problems of the clients and provide technical solutions and support. • Led the Services Department and projects.
