Responsible for planning, installing, commissioning and programming building automation systems for HVAC applications (Air Handling Units, Chillers, Burners,Hot and cold water distribution, Power generation and distribution, Network communications/integration protocols). Providing technical services to all existing database of automation systems and problem solving critical system faults or malfunctions. Specialized in 3rd party protocols (Lonworks, modbus, KNX, BACnet etc.) Experienced in terminal sever topologies/infrastructures and web server as well.
• PLC programming and participation in commissioning of the following Building Automation Systems : AHUs, hot water supply plants, boiler house automation, cooling water supply plants, smoke remove & smoke suppress systems, fire dampers, fan coils, cooling towers and other related systems. • Knowledge and application experience utilizing AHU with water and electric heating methods, with steam and water humidifying and air drying algorithms. • Knowledge and application experience utilizing evaporative, chiller water and dry-cooling methods. • Experienced in configuring and commissioning of Variable Frequency Drives especially for HVAC systems (ABB, Siemens, Danfoss, Schneider etc.) • Assist with installation and configuration of front-end equipment. • Participating in project as-build documentation preparation, including control drawings, schedules and sequences. • SCADA software programming • Creating graphics, configuring and adjusting. • PLC application development (according to functional logic diagrams, electrical diagrams and other technical project documentation) • Most part of time I was working with Siemens and Segnetics FBD languages (Desigo Xworks, and other related tools), I also know basics of Simatic SCL and APOGEE PPCL languages (able to fix any mistakes in existing projects or create other projects using templates). I can use another programming language in my work. • BMS/BAS computer setup and commissioning (Windows XP,7, Server 2012 r2 principally) • LON/IP network structure creating, PLC configuring. • Configuring self-binding LON networks, and configuring via Lonmaker software as well. • Using diagnostic tools (Nlutil, NodeUtil, Modsim, Modscan, BACnet Browser) • Working with the most common building automation data exchange protocols (Modbus, Lonworks, KNX, BACnet) Integration of 3rd party devices in Building Automation System; Data exchange/protocol gateways commissioning. (MOXA, AnyBus, CSIMN, Siemens etc.) • Using CodeSys freely programmable PLCs for HVAC: programming, commissioning and integration with WinCC over OPC servers. • UPS integration over Simatic OPC SNMP server.--
