Worked as a process engineer for more than one year where I learnt process design, prepared Process and Instrumentation diagrams, design and manufacturing drawings, procurement of required materials like process equipment, pumps, valves, piping and instrumentation, bill of materials, documentations, assembly of plant and its erection and commissioning on site.
Designed process on basis of water analysis and final quality and quantity of water required.
• Prepare Process and Instrumentation diagram and technical details of equipment.
• Drafted documents concerning technical and commercial aspects and prepared detailed engineering drawings using AutoCad.
• Selected equipment and instrument like pumps, pressure vessels, level transmitters, flow transmitters and others as per the engineering design and proceeded with the procurement and manufacturing of the same.
• Executed assembly, erection and commissioning of water treatment plants.
• Utilized various technologies like clarification, filtration, softening, ultrafiltration, reverse osmosis, electrodeionization, UV sterilization and degasification.
