• Designed in vitro and in vivo experiments to study novel molecular mechanisms relevant in mast cell biology. • Optimized xenograft mouse models, silencing methods, and proliferation assays. • Performed culture and characterization of human and murine primary mast cells using molecular methods. • Achieved expertise in standard immuno-assays including multicolor flow cytometry and lentiviral-mediated transduction in difficult-to-transfect cells.
