What we do is daily remote/on-site support for companies started from problems with smartphone issues to server issues. We also setup servers, backup systems, firewalls, networking (switches, routers, access points,…), migrations from mail servers & data, etc. We manage all IT-related stuff for the companies, so the client does not have to worry about the IT-part. We currently have approx. 150 clients.
Analyzed issues to identify troubleshooting methods needed for quick remediation. Served as primary point of contact for support relating to owned solutions and products.
