• Lead, guide, support and motivate Asset Team ensuring continuous data analysis with objective of maintaining optimum inventory levels to meet internal and external customer demands; • Participate in and support capacity planning and the development of long-term strategic goals for systems, software, hardware and clients in conjunction with end users/clients; • Maintain and develop data analysis and reporting infrastructure ensuring regular and accurate inventory requirements are communicated to purchasing and repair departments; • Coordinate the preparation of sensitive, high level and often urgent, reports, submissions, briefing notes and correspondence. • Ensuring all emails are monitored, acknowledged and answered; • Provide/submit monthly report for disposal assets/units. • Monitoring disposal units and endorse clients request for Return of IT Asset via kissflow; • Monitoring tickets, provide updates, logs, work notes to the ServiceNow tickets assigned; • Assess the condition of Returned PC asset – internal and external; • Assess the damage(s) incurred to the Returned PC asset, whether caused by natural wear-and-tear or accidental damage; • Determine the cost of repairing (parts and labor) the damage or defect and the time needed to restore the PC asset to good working condition; • Claim warranty support, parts and/or replacements, with vendors/principals for defect(s) of PC asset; • Analyze the defects of PCs and check for trends of product or model defects; • Perform remedial or corrective measure to minor defects of PC asset; • Managing and monitoring vendors with our principal partners (HP, Dell, Lenovo); • Install, configure, test, maintain, monitor, and troubleshoot endpoint workstation hardware and software, networked peripheral devices, and networking hardware products; • Monitoring status of all the units under repair until it’s resolved; • Provide updates, logs, work notes to the ServiceNow tickets assigned; • Monitoring assigned incident and requests tickets. • Provide and submit daily and weekly report as needed. • Report to the BPI ISG and AMTI Team the condition of Returned PC asset and the damage incurred, if any, and coordinate the repair/restoration.--
