I worked for Saema as an Electrical Project Manager, guiding teams of professionals throughout the execution of electrical power distribution systems, such as local substations (MV to LV). It included installing distribution and power transformers, Medium Voltage power grid and industrial and domestic electrical installations.
As a manager, I led teams of international employees from Spain, Portugal and Angola. My job was to plan, design and guide execution of electrical projects that involved transformers, motors, generators, gas station construction, facilities earthing installations, etc. This position require tremendous leadership skills which come naturally to me.
